With over 50 years of experience we have developed a system of teaching that provides the HIGHEST QUALITY instruction with MAXIMUM FUN at a REASONABLE PRICE! We have lessons to meet your every need. From beginner to advanced, with or without a partner, our classes and private lessons are a great way to have FUN and FELLOWSHIP in a relaxed and positive environment.

Weddings, Cruises & Special Events

Community Service

As a faith based organization, Ballroom in Motion has a strong commitment to community. We recognize as a business, the importance of giving back to our community and seek to set an example to other local businesses by spreading our mission of service. Ballroom In Motion has a concise and organized plan for our work in the community which includes staff volunteering, dance event fund raisers for organizations such as; Wounded Warriors, The Alzheimer's Association, University Hospital Breast Health Center through our annual Pink Party and studio donations to our local assisted living communities, and our Veterans.The Augusta Elks Lodge 205 and Safehomes of Augusta's "Fake It To Make It" event that raises money to help victims of domestic violence in our surrounding 10 counties. This is an important mission at the core of our company and we hope that being a part of our dance family will encourage you to participate with us!

Competition Dancing

Do you want to dance like a star at one of those exciting dance competitions you see on television? Is it finally your time to shine? Ballroom In Motion lessons could be the answer for you. Join our adult or teen competition teams and learn the tricks and secrets that make Ballroom In Motion professionals look so amazing on the dance floor! Not only will you be trained by the best Ballroom & Latin professionals, but you will become part of a larger dance community of students and teachers from across the country! Ballroom In Motion hosts it’s own yearly competition, The Garden City Dance Challenge as well as competes around the country. We do competition dancing the way it should be done: Professional glamorous, sophisticated and tons of fun!
