The information gathered from our secure website is for the purpose of processing your order and will NOT be shared with any other company or organization.
Exchange policy(Shoes):
- If shoes are the wrong style, size, or color from what is ordered, we will replace shoes at our expense.Custom made shoes are non returnable/non refundable (Platforms & any other shoe that is made to order)
- If you decide to return shoes for any other reason. You will be subject to a $20.00 handling fee per pair and you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please insure your returning merchandise as we can not issue refund on items that are lost in transit to us.
- We will not accept returns without prior approval and we will refuse delivery of unauthorized merchandise returns.
- PLEASE, TRY YOUR NEW SHOES ON OVER A CLEAN CARPET OR A CLEAN SOFT SURFACE.
- NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS FROM ORIGINAL SHIP DATE.
- USED OR SOILED SHOES AND SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.
- ONLY TOTALLY UNWORN AS NEW SHOES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Arranging for Return or Exchange
- Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon delivery. Any claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order. If items received are wrong style, size or color from what was ordered, we will replace item at our expense.For returns or exchanges, please notify us within 5 days of the receipt of merchandise. All returns must be within the 5 day time period to be authorized and are subject to a 20% restocking charge with a $25.00 minimum fee. Returns must be sent freight prepaid, unless otherwise authorized. Custom Made items, made to order items or items that have been altered are Non-Returnable. For hygienic reasons, there are absolutely NO returns on earrings.Our costumes are all "made to order" and will take between 4-6 weeks to deliver. When you contact our customer service department(teena@ballroominmotion.com) via e-mail to request a return or exchange of merchandise, please provide us with: Your order Number, and your name. You will receive an email with instructions of how to return or exchange your merchandise.
- Please, enclose a letter stating the reason(s) for the exchange or refund when sending the items back to us.
- Store credit for authorized returns will be issued within 24 - 72 hours. (less the restocking fee and shipping charges).
